Our BOTS creators are extremely important to us. We create the platform and the Botcreators are writing the trading algorithms. To ensure the quality of the platform, we are constantly looking for the best botcreators. By setting up regular meetings and events we maintain the engagement from these parties. As we are growing rapidly, we are expanding our team of Trading & Quant recruiters who manage the relationship with new and existing botcreators. To facilitate this team, we are looking for a Botcreator Acquisition team lead!

About the role:

As the amount of Trading & Quant Recruiters and Support agents increases, therefore we need a Botcreator Acquisition Team Lead who has the experience and personality to drive, stimulate and motivate a sales style team.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Lead the day to day operations of the acquisition team;

  • Developing the acquisition team's abilities through coaching and mentoring;

  • Lead by example for best practices and achievement through by also doing acquisition;

  • Interview, Onboard and train new acquisition specialists

  • Performance reviews with the head of department and drive continuous improvements of the processes and projects;

  • Provide thought leadership, inspiration, and motivation to all stakeholders, internal and external, to enhance Bots creators vision and industry position

  • Provide support in important meetings with the larger botcreator teams or when issues arise that a team member cannot or should not resolve by themselves;

  • Manage and create SOPs for acquisition specialists;

  • Organize initiatives to attract new botcreators.

Job requirements

We are looking for:

  • Strong 3 years+ of Sales / acquisition experience;

  • Strong 3 years+ Sales or relationship management experience;

  • You have a Technical background with proven experience or strong interest so you can deeply understand the technical operations and can share your knowledge with the AS’s;

  • Management experience;

  • Knowledge of trading, knowledge of crypto is a plus;

  • Understanding of programming, actual programming experience is not the highest priority;

  • Fluent English, any other language are considered a plus;
