You will be responsible for driving our worldwide content strategy on current and future marketing channels to excite our target audience into trading with BOTS. About the role
Working closely with the Brand Manager and Content Creators, you will be responsible for developing the brand content strategy while BOTS is expanding to 100+ countries. You will be in charge of marketing channels and their content and help source and test net and innovative content formats. You will also be in charge of managing large content projects in collaboration with teams across the whole company.
On a day to day basis you will:
Build a global content marketing roadmap and distribution strategy across multiple formats and multiple countries
Understand the BOTS customer and our brand deeply and use that knowledge to build a relevant, creative, on-brand content strategy
Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, external content agencies, etc
Manage and distribute online localised content with our content creators, for all marketing channels (socials, communities, email etc)
Oversee all our content creation. That also means supporting and consulting with our performance marketing team in creating high quality converting content.
Create plans for testing, developing and scaling new content ideas, formats that boost engagement or performance
Manage content projects and collaborate with marketing and tech teams
Optimize the content strategy based on data, with understanding and ownership of content KPI’s
What do you need for this role?
5 years of experience in content, including at least 2 in managing positions
A strategic mastermind
Have demonstrable experience in creating and executing content strategies
Deep understanding of how different content formats perform across different channels
A keen eye for understanding and testing new trends
Experience in elevating content channels for both performance and organic marketing
Passion for leading and growing an ambitious team of creatives
Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
