Earlier in 2021 BOTS created a Trading desk. In this team we have professionals working who watch the financial markets day in day out and come up with the most brilliant strategies to generate revenue from it. This line of work requires the right training, a keen eye for detail and a lot of focus.
To facilitate these traits, we’re looking for help in this department. To be specific, we’re looking for somebody who can help with the organisation of the department. Somebody who will work closely with the head of trading and act as a project manager, a fixer, a Robin to Batman, a Mr Wolf to Marsellus Wallace.

About the role:

This role is all about the organisation of the trading department. You will be working with a (growing) team of 7 professionals who have their hands full with analysing the financial markets.
You will make sure that next to the daily operation, projects are being worked on and delivered within deadline, that certain administration is being handled and that ad-hoc tasks are being picked up on.

On a day to day basis you will:

  • Collaborate with team lead (and management of BOTS) to reach organisational and departmental goals;

  • Support, coordinate and motivate the members of the Trading team in the attainment of organisational and departmental goals.

  • Support the Trading team in the maintenance of organisational overviews and task allocation;

  • Organise and facilitate efficient team processes and team coordination set-up;

  • Organise effective online and in-person communication set-up for the Trading team (meetings, communication resources, etc.);

Job requirements

We are looking for:

  • Professional work experience in a similar role as administrator, coordinator, facilitator;

  • Fluent English, any other language are considered a plus

  • You are self motivated and willing to roll your sleeves up

  • Interested to helping to build and shape the department and figure things out on the go
