Our BOTS community is extremely important to us. We may create the product, but the community is the owner of it. So, who is best to judge when it comes to improving the app and our company? Our community needs our undivided attention, and therefore we need you! Do you want to interact, engage and communicate with our ever growing international community? About the role

As a community manager you work on new ways to engage the international digital community of BOTS. This includes setting up an international strategy. The role is all about interacting with the digital community at large. You will be spending most of your time directly engaging with new and current members amongst others on Discord and our social channels. You will be in contact with both users and our bot creators.


On a day to day basis you will:

  • Develop a strategy for our online communities (Discord, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)

  • Roll out this strategy via a well managed road map

  • Set up a team with several community experts and manage this team

  • Be the brand's advocate: create an individual voice that can engage as a member of the community

  • Analyse different needs of the communities and communicate them within our company

  • Reply and engage current community members

  • Stay on top of current industry and technology trends

  • Work together with our Marketing & Support departments

Job requirements

We are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing / Communications

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing and / or community management

  • Preferably experience with a FinTech (start-up) company and interest in the world of investing and cryptocurrency

  • Practical experience in launching or growing community initiatives

  • Experience with Discord is a plus

  • Experience with customer support is a plus

  • You are self-motivated with a hands-on mentality 

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills

  • Preferably at least one other language beside English with excellent command

  • Hands-on mentality, willing to roll your sleeves up

  • Not scared of an engaged, enthusiastic and critical community. This only motivates you to make the brand even better!
