Our BOTS creators are extremely important to us. We create the platform and the Botcreators are writing the trading algorithms. To ensure the quality of the platform, we are constantly looking for the best botcreators. By setting up regular meetings and events we maintain the engagement from these parties. As we’re building relationships with new Botcreators, we are looking for an experienced Partnership Manager.

We want people who are passionate about designing and optimizing large-scale and delightful programs that drive the growth of the BOTS platform by Bot creators around the world.

About the role:

This role is based on two aspects; first the focus of the role is to design and optimize programs that drive the acquisition and engagement of new Botcreators. Your programs will empower and enable Bot creators and Quants to learn, grow, connect, and scale their bots business on the BOTS platform.

You will design, produce, and optimize events, challenges, hackathons, prizes, and other partner programs that are loved by Botcreators and Quants everywhere.

Secondly you are responsible for building and maintaining a direct and strong relationship with our strategic, high profile Botcreator Partners. You will act as the primary point of contact, and perceived as a trusted advisor regarding any services, readiness, or technical needs our Botcreator Partners may have.

You work with Botcreators to maximize their revenue from their BOTS Partner agreement. The aim is to continuously help Botcreators get more customers, deploy better and escalate less. You work proactively with the Botcreator partners to support them in building their bots, to increase their capacity, by creating technically enabled, best in class bots, and successful ROI’s for our mutual customers and reduce escalations. You will, together with the Botcreator Partners, create a Bots Delivery Plan aiming at optimizing the best in class bots.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Strategic program development; production, and iteration, using qualitative and quantitative data to create and optimize scalable programs that best serve Bot creator audiences and drive sign-ups.

  • Partnerships development; Identify, analyze, and collaborate with third-party organizations and companies to co-create and co-market programs.

  • Program marketing; Manage promotional campaigns that drive Botcreators and future Botcreators to register and participate in programs, and that help them build and scale on the BOTS platform. Best-in-class BOTS storytelling; Craft and amplify technical and growth best practices content within and outside of BOTS .

  • Create an online hub that helps Botcreators around the world through events, technical content, and success stories that address the pain points of Botcreator throughout their lifecycle.

  • Data-driven optimization; Collect and mine data and analytics to gain a better understanding of program participant funnel and engagement behaviors, and tweak levers that improve key success metrics.

  • Operational excellence; Create and implement processes, automation tools, and resources that help programs run smoothly and efficiently and achieve positive business results.

  • Working cross-functionally; Customer Experience, Trading and Marketing teams to execute programs that enable current and future Botcreators to succeed.

Job requirements

We are looking for:

  • Experience and passion for Partner/ Customer Management

  • An understanding of Fintech, knowledge of trading, knowledge of crypto is a plus;

  • Ability to influence, and interact with all organizational levels and stakeholders

  • Excellent at prioritization, time management, excellent follow-through skills

  • Strong team player- and networking skills

  • Highly motivated, organized and capable of handling several projects simultaneously

  • Self-Starter with a positive “yes can do” attitude

  • Making good timely decisions in relatively complex cases, and in situations with uncertainty or pressure

  • Strong communication skills written & verbal, excellent presentation skills

  • Fluent in Dutch and English
